Gregory E. Kulis is the founding partner of Gregory E. Kulis & Associates, Ltd. For over thirty years, he has focused his practice on helping victims of police misconduct, including wrongful death, false arrest, excessive force, and malicious prosecution. He has appeared as trial counsel in over 1,000 cases in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and has taken hundreds of cases to trial.
